本期训练班是依照省委组织部依据《江西省对口援助新疆维吾尔自治区阿克陶县归纳方案（2011-2015）》组织和江西省对口援疆作业前方指挥部《关于施行2013年阿克陶县干部人才“551”训练方案的请示》的统一组织，在2013年9月1日至10月1日组织10名林业技术人员到我厅进行为期一个月的业务训练。为了做好本次训练作业，厅领导高度重视，屡次举行协调会，来组织少数民族同志的餐饮和住宿疑问。依据参与训练人员实际情况，训练班共分理论学习、跟班学习、现场教育、革命传统教育等期间。跟班学习期间分别在省树苗局、省林检局、省林业作业总站、省林业科技推广总站4个单位进行。
